Combined, Employ is now the largest modern Talent Acquisition Suite provider, with over 18K customers, 3.1 million job postings, and 490 million candidates.
Lever will continue to invest in our platform and services. Our team will work with our customers as we do today, now as one of the cornerstone technology offerings of Employ.
Lever’s path to innovation
Lever’s co-founders, Brian Noguchi, Sarah Nahm, Randal Truong, and I, came together in 2012 and started Lever on our journey to become a leading Talent Acquisition Suite.
We learned that existing talent acquisition systems no longer fit how companies hired in a dramatically more competitive market for talent.
In response, we set out to design collaborative, easy-to-use software that high growth companies could use to achieve their goals and build authentic relationships with talent.
Today, Lever provides talent acquisition leaders and their teams with a complete ATS and robust CRM capabilities in one product.
The Lever Hire and Lever Nurture features allow leaders to scale and grow their people pipeline, build authentic and long-lasting relationships, and source the right people to hire.
Lever Analytics provides customized reports with data visualization to inform strategic decisions among talent leaders, hiring managers, and executives. Lever’s platform also enables companies to hire with inclusivity in mind, helping measure and eliminate hiring bias.
