Sarah Nahm
CEO & Founder
Sarah steers Lever’s design-driven approach and leads our mission to put talent and teams at the center of organizations. Prior to Lever, Sarah worked at Google on initiatives as diverse as leading the growth of the Chrome browser from launch to over 150M active users, to speech writing for Marissa Mayer. A self-taught programmer, Sarah received her BS in engineering and product design from Stanford University, where she occasionally returns to coach design students at Stanford’s d.school.

Nate Smith
Chief Technology Officer and Founder
Nate is on a mission to build the next generation of enterprise software. He's our tech visionary and the author of DerbyJS, our JavaScript framework for realtime, collaborative applications. DerbyJS is the first and only open source MVC framework that syncs all data via Operational Transformation, the same algorithm that powers Google Docs. Nate attended Olin College where he majored in electrical and computer engineering. Prior to Lever, Nate was a product manager on the Google Search team. He led the first major redesign of Google's image search UI, which launched in July 2010.

Randal Truong
Chief Product Officer and Founder
Randal is Lever's startup veteran and keeps Lever true to its vision. He distills the core challenges plaguing modern day recruiting and turns them into solutions, bringing our product to life. Randal has a master’s in management science and engineering from Stanford. He enjoys living at the intersection of disciplines, filling roles across marketing, product and engineering at startups both big and small. He’s a self-taught developer and worked as a senior engineer at Zynga on their flagship product, FarmVille, prior to joining Lever.

Leela Srinivasan
Chief Marketing Officer
Leela brings a wealth of industry, marketing and general business experience to Lever. Previously Leela served as VP of marketing at OpenTable, where she built product marketing from scratch and established the foundations of a B2B marketing team. Prior to that, Leela spent four and a half years as a marketing leader in LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business, co-founding the Talent Connect conference and contributing to the business scaling from $200M to $1B in revenues. Additionally, she worked in management consulting for Bain in San Francisco and London, and has several years of experience in sales and sales management. Leela earned her MBA in general management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and her MA in history and English literature from the University of Edinburgh in her native Scotland.

Eileen Treanor
Chief Financial Officer
Eileen brings a wealth of fiscal expertise and experience to the Lever team. Eileen enjoys high growth environments where she can be a strategic leader and build scalable business processes and procedures. Before joining Lever, Eileen was previously VP of Finance at the entertainment fan site Wikia, where she managed the Controllership and FP&A functions and was key to helping Wikia scale during its aggressive growth. She also held high-level finance positions at Virgin America and Yahoo!. Eileen completed her undergraduate degree at DeMontfort University and achieved her MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in California and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Todd Martin
Vice President of Customer Success
Todd brings a customer first mindset and is on a quest to deliver the best customer experience in the industry for Lever customers. Todd thrives at the intersection of product, people, technology and customer need with proven results building award winning customer solutions, service and support teams. Todd brings more than 20 years of experience from startups and large public companies alike, including Practice Fusion, the Associated Press, IBM and Accenture. His experience ranges across customer success, sales, product management, software development, and consulting. Todd holds a degree in Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
