Meet our executive team
Nate leads Lever in our mission to offer talent leaders the reach of a marketing leader, the forecast of a sales leader, and the insight of a finance leader in a unified TRM platform. He’s passionate about enterprise software’s potential for business transformation, user experience, and human connection. Prior to Lever, Nate was a product manager on Google Analytics and the Google Search team. He led the first major redesign of Google’s image search UI, which launched in July 2010. Nate received a degree in electrical and computer engineering from Olin College, at which he was a member of the school’s second ever graduating class.
Ed leads the Finance, People, Revenue Operations, IT, Legal, and Data Protection teams at Lever. Ed brings a passion and proven track record for helping SaaS companies grow and scale. Before joining Lever, he spent 5 years at Box, where he led and grew successful strategic finance, operations and analytics teams. In his first year, he led the company’s multi-year strategic and financial planning process, culminating in the business plans that supported a successful IPO in 2015. Prior to Box, Ed spent 9 years at Salesforce, where he ran a number of Finance and Strategy teams, and was deeply involved in M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration efforts – all throughout a period of hyper-growth. He is a firm believer that success in talent acquisition is at the heart of winning in business, and that Lever is the clear choice to partner with companies who feel the same way. Ed earned his BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Todd leads the Implementation, Professional Services, Support, and Success teams at Lever. Todd is also responsible for our Partnerships and Business Development team. Todd brings a customer first mindset and is on a quest to deliver the best customer experience in the industry for Lever customers. Todd thrives at the intersection of product, people, and business needs with proven results building award winning customer solutions, service and support teams. Todd brings more than 25 years of experience from startups and large public companies alike, including Practice Fusion, the Associated Press, IBM and Accenture. His experience ranges across customer success, sales, product management, software development, and consulting. Todd holds a degree in Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
Rob leads Lever’s global sales team, where he focuses his passion for recruiting and developing high-performance enterprise sales talent. Prior to joining Lever, Rob was Vice President, Software and Services Sales at NetSuite, where he successfully built a sales organization that aggressively scaled up-market, ultimately delivering more than $50M in annual new business bookings. Rob has been leading sales teams for over 12 years, and in addition to NetSuite has led teams at Percolate, SAP and Business Objects. Rob earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, as well as his Bachelor of Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.
Jess leads the customer success team at Lever. She brings 10+ years of sales and customer experience, by way of Bullhorn, ToutApp and Marketo. At Lever, she is passionate about curating an environment that allows people to have exceptional experiences – within our team and for our customers. She continues to cultivate a culture that is both deeply empathetic and delivers results alongside our customers. Jess is a wife, mother, New Jersey native and is passionate She attended the University of Connecticut and specialized in Professional Selling.
Annie leads the People function at Lever, which encompasses recruiting, HR, L&D, D&I, workplace, internal comms, and culture. She brings a decade of leadership experience across business ops/management and people/talent, helping to successfully grow companies including Uber, General Assembly, and HotelTonight. She believes deeply in the symbiotic relationship between caring for the business and caring for people, and is driven by cultivating industry-leading work environments — a mission she’s excited to work on everyday with Lever’s people-focused team and customers. She studied Sociology (with a focus on organizational behaviors) and Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
Keshila Shannon leads the marketing team at Lever. She brings her tenured experience focused on technology solutions that provide a rich candidate experience that enables business outcomes for thousands of customers worldwide. With a tenured background in employee experience and 20+ years in Marketing, Keshila has a long track record of building-integrated stories that capture the customers’ voice, campaigns that generate pipeline, and building and supporting team members of varied experience and contribution. She has a keen sense of vision, strategy, and execution that she crafted over years of working at top brands such as Taleo/Oracle, Fitbit, and Achievers. Keshila resides in the SF Bay Area (native) with her husband and two kids. She is active in her community, served as a PTA president, on local boards, and is a 4-year Girl Scout Troop leader. Kesh holds a Masters of Integrated Marketing Solutions from Golden Gate University and brings over a decade of marketing leadership experience to her role at Lever.
