Head of Inclusion & Diversity, Lyft

Since 2014, Lyft has scaled from 80 to 2,000 employees. In 2016 alone, they hired 1,230 candidates, and 2017 is shaping up to be an even more epic year.

There’s only one fitting word to describe their remarkable trajectory: hypergrowth. Not many teams can say they grew by 25x in 3 years.

But the numbers don’t convey an arguably more impressive reality. As they’ve scaled rapidly, Lyft has still managed to build a widely revered culture. Whether through candidate stories or employee reviews, we’ve learned that Lyft continues to foster a strong community even as it constantly expands and shifts accordingly. How do they do it?

On Thursday, December 14th, we’ll count the ways. When Lyft’s Head of Inclusion & Diversity Tariq Meyers joins us, he’ll share 5 primary strategies behind his team’s explosive growth and admirable culture.

Tune in to learn:

  • Which pools to tap and find diverse, fresh talent
  • The cross-departmental partnerships you should always be nurturing
  • How to marry speed with quality in your candidate experience
  • One essential way to reduce employee turnover

And much more! Walk away from our webinar - in partnership with Teamable - with new recruiting tactics to help you attain explosive growth without sacrificing your strong culture.
