Lever Fall Release Webinar

Webinar took place on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 10 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET with a look at our Fall Release, complete with a live walk-through of new features, including:

• Candidate Pronouns: Candidates can provide pronouns during the application process, so interviewers can address candidates by the pronouns
• Remote and Hybrid Job Postings: Classify Lever postings as eligible for remote and hybrid candidates. Applicants visiting Lever job sites and integrated job platforms will also be able to filter jobs by remote, hybrid, and on-site types
• Lever API – Linking Requisitions and Postings: Requisitions and postings endpoints in the Lever API will support linking requisitions to postings and vice-versa
• Automation Hub Improvements: Introducing further updates to the automation hub that increase flexibility for automations configuration
• Offer Field Calculations: Offer fields can be configured to do mathematical calculations within the offer letter template
• Hybrid Requisition Management: Requisitions with the API can be created and Lever users make further changes in the application
• Visual Insights – Talent Leader Dashboard: This new dashboard provides high-level overviews and summaries of team activity and performance
• Data Explorer – Requisitions Data Set: This is a new data set available in Data Explorer. *This is a premium feature that is part of LeverTRM for Enterprise and the Advanced Analytics add-on.
• Snowflake Data Sharing: An in-app tool to provision access to Snowflake Data Sharing, Lever’s latest data warehousing feature. *This is a premium feature that is part of the Advanced Analytics add-on.
• Integrations: Introducing brand new integrations to the Lever ecosystem including JobTarget
