As Vice President of Customer Support at Employ Inc., he oversees a worldwide team across the US, Canada, and India, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction through innovative support strategies, AI-driven self-service, and Salesforce Service Cloud integration. Previously, Jaime held multiple leadership roles at MicroStrategy, where he directed global support operations, product development, and quality assurance initiatives. His expertise spans customer experience transformation, churn reduction, and building high-performance teams across geographies. Jaime holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from ITESM and is fluent in English and Spanish.
