Scheduling video interviews used to be an entirely manual process, wasting valuable time and risking a poor candidate experience. Lever’s new Zoom integration will, for the first time, let recruiters schedule video interviews directly from their ATS. The process takes place entirely within Lever. The recruiter simply clicks a button and the Zoom link is automatically created and populated in the interviewer’s calendar invite.
