A quick Google search turns up no shortage of articles on how to prepare, but with grey area in key parts of the legislation, it has left many wondering questions like, “when do we need candidate consent?” and “how long can we retain candidate data?”
We ran a survey across 500 professionals in the EU and US who are directly involved in preparing their organizations for GDPR compliance for recruiting to shed some light on how others are preparing as the May 25th enforcement deadline approaches.
