Why we're writing this series

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion at Lever started with a taskforce at just 10 employees. We didn't know it then, but this taskforce would take deep root in our culture – fundamentally shaping our trajectory. Today, we're proud to be 50 percent female, with 54 percent female leadership and 15 percent underrepresented minorities.

Customers frequently ask us how we achieved these results, and how they can do the same. And that's why we're writing this series; it's for everyone who's passionate about creating workplaces where all people can succeed. Although we know our work is far from complete, we can't wait to share what we’ve learned in our journey so far.
