Lever’s enhanced integration with Namely — a leading HRIS platform — is now available to all customers as a native integration accessible directly within Lever. It will streamline workflows by automatically syncing new hires from Lever in Namely HRIS or Onboarding, both saving time and minimizing errors that arise from manual data entry.
“The update is a fantastic step forward and delivers tremendous value for our customers,” said Todd Martin, Chief Operating Officer at Lever. “A holistic approach to interoperability is paramount in our vision to bring HR and recruiting together in one Talent Cloud. The enhanced integration moves us closer to that goal.”
The integration vastly expands the number of possible data fields that can be imported, and it now allows for custom fields as well, data transformation, and mappings as well. In addition to standard fields like Name and Email, the enhanced integration allows data like Salary, Job Title, Employee Type, Start Date, and LinkedIn URL to be automatically pushed to Namely. In addition, customers can now create custom fields to sync with Namely.
“At Namely, we strongly believe that technology should be both powerful and easy to use,” said Nick Christman, SVP, Product at Namely. “Our enhanced integration with Lever checks both of those boxes. It’s seamless, automatic, and robust. We’re excited to deliver such value through this partner integration and are eager to see what our customers can achieve.”
